Shantou Guangye Knitting Co., Ltd. was established in 1986. Since that point, we have been one of the main China mainland fabric suppliers. We have domestic customer service department and international customer service department so as to offer a more professional service since our clients are at home and abroad.
With a capability of over 77,000 square meters operating area and nearly 100 circular knitting machines, plus 20 pre-setting machines and a fabric function test lad, we, a one-stop solution company, provide knitted fabric also dyeing & finishing process to control the fabric price and quality for our clients. Our dyeing & finishing mill specializes in dyeing both synthetic fabrics and staple yarn fabrics.
Our dyeing and finishing mill could provide below process, for example, preliminary treatments, singeing, bleaching, sourcing, mercerizing etc. And we have multiple QAs (quality assurance) to make sure our fabrics ideal for requirements from our clients and environmental standards. Our mill is equipped with DANI natural fabric dyeing machines, BENNINGER cold dyeing machines, with high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing machines ideal for synthetic fabrics.
Our fabric test lad is equipped with automatic dyes drop machine, fabric color test under x-ray machine, fabric formaldehyde test machine, fabric perspiration colorfastness test machine, fabric rubbing test machine, fabric shrinkage test machine.
As for knitting process, we purchase yarn from US, Australia, China etc. Our fabric uses the following yarns: bamboo, silk, cotton, rayon, modal, polyamide, recycled polyester, CVC, TC, modal and cotton etc.
Fabric Supplier Focusing on Development and Material
We could offer the following knitting structures: single jersey, rib 1x1, rib 2x2, waffle, interlock, pique, jacquard, feeder stripe or auto stripe, crepe, scuba etc.
Guangye knows the market requirements and it focuses on material procurement, market and product development as well as other adjacent tasks as you go alone.
Printing options Guangye could do: all-over-print or panel print. Our printers use pigment dyes, reactive dyes and disperse dyes. We could do heat-transfer and burn-out, sublimation print either digitally or off-set. Our screen printers work with water-based inks, rubber-based inks, discharge ink, foil, reflective and glitter inks.
Functional Fabric Options: Antimicrobial Treatment, Quick Drying-Wicking, UV Sun Protection, Antistatic Treatment, Anti-abrasion etc.
